Matter3D PLA Large-Format Pellets are engineered for reliable performance on pellet extruders, robotic gantry systems, and large-format 3D printers. Our PLA is produced using pure, plant-based resin with optimized rheology for stable melt flow and clean extrusion at high deposition rates.

The material offers excellent stiffness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for large prototypes, architectural components, molds, patterns, jigs, and fixtures. PLA also provides one of the highest print speeds of any thermoplastic, a key advantage for large-scale manufacturing.

Compounded and processed in Canada, our PLA pellets are controlled for moisture and particle uniformity, ensuring consistent feeding, smooth extrusion, and high repeatability across long prints.
