Every batch is precision-dried to maintain low moisture content, melt-filtered to remove contaminants, and monitored with dual-laser diameter control during extrusion.

Carbon fiber dispersion is verified through microscopic inspection and batch stiffness testing, ensuring consistent reinforcement and predictable performance. From raw resin to finished filament, every spool is inspected, weighed, and vacuum-sealed to preserve quality.
