CNT-TPU is ideal for electronic assembly environments, robotics, automation, and manufacturing tooling where flexible parts must mitigate static buildup. Typical uses include soft jaws, grippers, wire guides, padding, vibration-damping fixtures, gaskets, flexible enclosures, and sensor mounts. Matter3D’s Conductive TPU combines the flexibility of high-performance polyurethane with controlled carbon-nanotube loading to create a tough, durable, and electrically functional flexible material. Designed for ESD-safe grips, pads, gaskets, casings, cable guides, wear surfaces, and vibration-damping components, CNT-TPU maintains stable resistivity while delivering excellent abrasion resistance and layer bonding.

Q: What makes Matter3D Conductive TPU different?

A: We compound CNT directly into virgin TPU resin in-house, ensuring stable resistivity, cleaner dispersion, and superior mechanical durability compared to pre-mixed pellets or low-grade conductive fillers.

Q: How flexible is Conductive TPU?

A: It’s a 95A TPU—firm but flexible. Ideal for vibration-control, pads, grips, fixtures, and functional ESD-safe components.

Q: Do I need to dry Conductive TPU?

A: Yes. TPU is hygroscopic and CNT increases moisture sensitivity. Dry thoroughly for best surface finish and layer adhesion.

Q: What is the electrical performance?

A: Typical surface resistivity is 10⁴–10⁶ Ω/sq, suitable for ESD control and electronics-contact applications.

Q: Can I print it in a Bambu AMS?

A: TPU is challenging in AMS systems. It can work with slow feeding, reduced tension, and careful tuning, but direct-drive printing is strongly recommended.
